To visualize my data on TAB pedagogy, I decided to create a sketch note in my sketchbook. Sketch noting is something I teach students in my Art Foundations class in the hopes that they will be able to use the technique in other classes. Though my research during my Lit Review, I found that TAB overlaps with many other pedagogies including holistic teaching, critical pedagogy, and Olivia Gude's postmodern principles. I found that TAB teachers structure their room, content, and delivery in different ways, some of which look more or less like DBAE. This chart shows that there are many unexplored avenues for research based on my topic, and many connections that can be made with existing research. No wonder my question is proving difficult to nail down!.
